Withdrawal of winnings from your live123 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet registered under the same name as your live123 account
• Every bonus received must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted

5. General Gaming & Betting Rules

• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from competent authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 365 consecutive days

In cases of investigation-based suspension, live123 will inform the member and provide an opportunity to clarify the situation before a final decision is made, except where early notification could compromise the investigation itself.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member within 5 business days via the original payment method.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Live123 reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations, applicable laws, or industry requirements. When significant amendments are made, live123 will:
